Does Payoneer Accept Users from Belize?

Hi,

I am new to Payoneer.
I have few questions which appeared while I try to register on payoneer.

I'm forex trader and I am using FXPrimus which issues Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard.
I would like to use the payoneer mastercard via fxprimus, but seems there is no option for Belize users under the country selection on payoneer's Registration page.

Could somebody help me out for this.
