Have not recieved any verification code, in order two merge two accounts.

hi!
I have got two Payoneer accounts. I want to merge them. For that I have got following email after creation of 2nd account. It says

"To add your new account to your existing Global Bank Transfer account
We have sent you a verification code to your "MyAccount" at www.Payoneer.com.
a. Please login to your existing Payoneer account by entering the username (the email address you used to apply with) and password of your existing account.
b. Click the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page to access your MyAccount inbox.
c. In your inbox, you will find your verification code. Please copy the code and paste it here: ________________________ Please also provide your date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY): ________________________ "

However, I am stuck on point "C". Where it says they sent me "verification code". I have received only one email, about approval of my account. But I have no email, with verification code. What am i supposed to do now ?
