Wrong Surname on my Payoneer card

Hello .. I'm writing to you here, in hope to receive a response here.
I have done everything that Support asked me to do.
My new surname has been verified with them, and still I received my
debet card with my OLD surname, which is Sahlman.
My new surname is Akouete. So what now ? I cannot use my new card.

Please advice.

    I'm sorry for your unpleasant experience, however unfortunately we cannot provide support regarding your personal accounts here on the forum. Any questions should be directed to our customer support department: Be sure to explain the full story and that even though you asked to change your name the card received was different.
