I want to active my us payment service (virtual bank account), but how?

hello, i want to active my us payment service(virtual bank account),,i have already fill the Questionnaire and Documents and ID Documents, but the status of Questionnaire and Documents and ID Documents but the status is always look '' sumbitted'' and not changes to approval, and i have already PM to Nissim, but no reply until now ,what should i do?
