Transfer Funds To Another Payoneer Account Without Activating The Card

Hi.
I was wondering if I can transfer funds I received from my US Payment Service to another Payoneer Account Holder? I still haven't received my card and so I haven't activated it yet.

I wanted to know if I had to activate my card before i could transfer money to another Payoneer user, or do I have to wait until I get and activate the card.

It shows me the option to transfer to another Payoneer user and after clicking, it takes me to a page to put the email of receiver and amount to transfer. Can I make a transfer at my current status or will I get some message that I'm not allowed to make the transfer?

Unfortunately you can transfer before you receive and activate your card.

Unfortunately you must activate your account prior to loading another account with funds.
