Need help with Bank Account statement for Amazon Seller verification

Hi,

I opened an Amazon Seller Account and they require a bank account statement that would contain the bank account number, bank account holder's name and address . I submitted the PDF that i downloaded from the monthly statement of payoneer . However Amazon e-mailed me and said that it does not match. I realized that the monthly statement does not contain the bank account number but contains the last 4 digits of the payoneer card number. Is there anyway I can get a bank account statement from Payoneer containing the bank account number or is there some other way of verifying my payoneer bank account details with amazon's seller verfication? Thank you .
