> Salaam Dear Kiani Sahib, many times i read your experience about ATM withdraws and understand that you are very old user of payoneer, so i am sure that your guidelines will be very professional and effective for me. I just ask to you that 1 - do u make withdraw in Your personal name Title Bank account or your Bank account is registered under any company name Title. 2 - How many days it takes to receive amount in your Bank-Al-Habib account? 3- is any bank officer call you to inform you that you have received payment or you just check your account in routine?

As you're experienced in this, can you tell me:
1- What's the max ATM withdraw limit of different banks?
2- Which bank offers the best conversion rate?
3- Withdrawing to bank is more beneficial or withdrawing via ATM? (I suppose withdrawing to Bank can be problematic if transactions are high and FBR can catch for Income Tax)

Thanks brother!
Amount $2030.00
Exchange Rate 1 USD = 102.7140 PKR
Amount Transferred 208509.58 PKR
You can save around 4% as compared to ATM withdrawal and local bank will not apply any fees.
Thanks
I want to know which rate you got of $ to pkr.
Yesterday I tried 3 bank Al-falah ATM's. Two of them shown error while one branch shows message that 250 will be charge, proceed or not. I accepted and withdrawn money, ATM deducted 250.
Next time I will used payoneer to local bank transfer.
Any updates from guys from Wah @Sufism2 i can see you also posted something similar.

Which Bank you are using? Also Account type because ATM Withdraw is not working from last couple of days it is giving some P Error
Presently best option is withdrawal to local bank. You can withdraw any amount from $50 to $2000 to local bank (HBL, UBL, Bank al-habib, SCB etc. Not confirmed about meezan bank, once I asked them about transfer from money booker and they told it is not allowed). Current and Saving account both work. My last bank transfer was in HBL saving account.
After my last withdrawal from bank alfalah atm when they deducted Rs. 600 for 2 ATM transaction, I added my HBL bank account to my payoneer account, withdraw $200 which arrive in my bank account within 2 days with rate of 102. Only $2 deducted from my payoneer account. As I calculated and compare this $200 ATM cash withdrawal with local bank transfer, I approx saved Rs. 850.

I will try Bank transfer now.
Anyway glad that you have received your payment.

Any luck with that bank? Are you using any other bank? Which Bank account is suitable for Bank Transfer? HBL or UBL?
So it's time now to switch to Bank Withdrawals.

Bank alfalah se main ny 2, 20k, 20k ki transactions ki hain without any problem.
250+ fee/trans
In previous month, I have successfully withdrawn some amount from bank al-falah, Hyderi branch, Karachi but tomorrow found that they have changed their atm machine now inserting card and pin code showing blue screen with error code. Beaumont branch and agha juice center, north nazimabad branch are also not working now. These are the bank alfalah branches, which previously I am using for withdrawal.
Though I have already transfer fund from card to my my local hbl bank account but still want to know some working atm machine (any bank) for small withdrawal.
If anyone in karachi has some some successful experience, kindly share atm location. Thanks

Bhai ap kon sa bank account use kar rahy ho?
I have a Payoneer (Freelancer) MasterCard that has yet to meet any Paki ATM.
I understand withdrawing to a local bank seems like the most cost effective route nowadays but I currently only have Asaan local bank accounts which, to the best of my knowledge, do not support foreign remittance/transfers of any kind.
Could someone point me towards the best bank and ATM to withdraw PKR 40,000 from tomorrow (25 March 2017) using my Payoneer card? I'm currently in Lahore.
Thanks in advance.
here is my transaction details, does anyone knows a better bank which deducts less fee?
How's the withdraw to bank is? is this better? pros and cons pls.
BANK AL-FALAH SIALK ALKOT P PAK

As many users in this forum already mentioned that some bank Al-falah, Standard Chartered and MCB bank Atms are still working but they are deducting 200-300 per transaction. I m in Karachi but try above name banks in your location, may be luckily you found some working one.
Hi,
I've been a very old Payoneer user and getting money via ATM Withdrawal but now a days most of the ATM's are not working and charging more now.
So i've decided to use local bank transfer and added my bank account in Payoneer last Monday and it held on pending approval at Payoneer.
After waiting a week I decided to chat with them and I chat with a representative and he told me that he transferred my appli to the relevant department and it will be processed soon.
Today I got email from Payoneer which states:
**
"Thank you for registering for a Payoneer account!
Unfortunately, this service is not available for your account at this time."**
Well this is very strange kind of reply as I never requested any new account but I only added my local bank account so why they are saying thanks for registering for a Payoneer account.
Also Why they told me that this service is not available for you account at this time and they didn't tell which service they are talking about.
And another strange thing is that local bank withdrawal is open in my account as its tab is showing on my account so it means its open its just the bank account that needs to be added and approved by Payoneer.
Also local bank withdrawal is so common now and every second person is using it even so new members so why its not available on my account as i being a very old user.
So my question is this happened to anyone else that they added their local bank account and following email received?
What kind of Payoneer account needs to be able to have local bank withdrawal feature in it?
Regards,
Khurram

Salam to all,
All is fixed now by Payoneer support and my account added successfully and I've got my first payment to my local bank in 1 day as well.
Getting money in 1 day in your local bank with good rates as compare to ATM is the best thing ever.
Thanks to Payoneer.
then I tried standard charter and they charged Rs.500 for ATM usage before it was 300 and alfalah was charging 250
Did any one faced alfalah problem in Karachi? and what is the solution to withdrawal through ATM
Your help is appreciated
Thanks
How lucky you are I am waiting from 22nd March 2017 and receiving only excesses from Payoneer support agents (both on chat and on e-mail)
while I the stepson of Payoneer waiting from 22nd March 2017. Congrats you are getting in a single day. wow

> In the past, I was using my MCB bank for skrill withdrawals and each time remittance officer from my branch call me and ask me about purpose of remittance, nature of income etc. I already gave them in written that it is not home remittance but work remittance (freelance). Its come to my knowledge that not each mcb remittance officer call to account holder. Now I am using skrill / US Payment service and withdrawing cash through ATM.
Doesn't skrill withdraw to pk bank payment consider as money came from abroad? or its same like payoneer? what came in ur bank statement?
Yes, it consider as payment from abroad and most pakistan banks treat it as "Home Remittance" (money send from abroad to relative through bank).
Presently skrill to local pakistani bank payment shown in my statement as follow:-
"xxx amount received through IBFT TRN ID xxxxx"
Bank Alfalah north karachi branch, waterpump branch works fine. i never faced single problem. but you need to make sure non islamic Alfalah branch will withdrawal your payoneer earnings.

Asalam o alaikum,
Hope every one is fine and thriving.
Sorry for the long message, I'm new to this.
Any citizens of Rawalpindi here using Payoneer prepaid mastercard to withdraw from ATMs?
If so kindly tell me which ones are working, had a very frustrating experience 1st time withdrawing from my card.
Tried many branches of MCB, Faysal bank, Bank Alfalah all over the city, all gave various errors.
Tried Standard Charted and HBL too.
The areas included Adyala road, Lalkurti and Saddar.
On every try, i was selecting 'Current' and then " Other Amount" Rs.20,000.
Most atms gave the following error (or a similar one):
"Unable to perform transaction, could not verify the card"
or
"Unable to perform transaction, host status unknown"
Some atms, especially MCB and Alfalah ones showed just a blue screen with a 4 digit code written on top left ending with "\" with no commands or buttons/options.
This was after selecting 'Current' and then " Other Amount" Rs.20,000.
Got my card stuck in one of the atms after 2nd try, asked the manager to help but he said forget about this card, as per State bank policy they can't return it to me, instead they have to send it to hq etc?
Anyway after showing some stubbornness, sanity prevailed and they gave me back my card.
But i still have to withdraw around rs.40,000 immediately, i will try some atms in Islamabad perhaps.
If there are no working atms in pindi, any recommendations for Islamabad?
I contacted supports of all atm, most said there should not be any problem, they blamed payoneer.
The payoneer support says it's the Pakistani atms fault.
I'm kind of in a bind.
Is there any way to send money from my payoneer account directly to another person? Such as to his bank?
Recent Exchange rate fees?
Any hidden fees?
Is the best method to withdraw is ultimately local bank?
If so which type of account is needed?
Thanks.
Bhai jan ap bank withdrawal use kar lain us me apko exchange rate b 100+ milta hai or safe b hai.
Kisi b type ka bank account chaly ga.
So it is very important if members can share which ATM is working for this card in RWP/Islamabad or nearby.
Janab atm to mujy b nai mila main b rwp/isl se hi hon.
Pehly alfalah use karta tha phir wo b error show krny lga.
Ab bank account me withdrawal k through lety hon.
Badar1624, since when you stopped using atms? When was the last time you successfully withdraw a good amount of money from atm.
Did you checked isb branches of Standard Charted, Citi bank, Barclay's etc too?
Like @Sufism2 said, not everyone want to manage a bank account.
I want to take up this matter with their support, it also takes a lot longer to withdraw from bank, 2-10 business days?
Aslam-0-Alaikum.
Bhai jan jab se atm me card deposit slot change ki hain tab se kam nai kar raha.
Aksr blue screen k sath 2 4 words wala error ata hai.
Main ny sirf SC or Alfalah ki branches check ki hain.
Bank withdrawal aksar under 5 hours me receive ho jati hai 2 to 10 days maximum time hai.
Do you have an approximate of time period/date from which atm card deposit slots were changed, and started having issues?
Was it around a year ago?
This amounts to a contemptuous behavior towards MasterCard and if a company like Payoneer brings it to their notice, I'm sure they will demand explanation and rectification from Pakistani Banks who claim to support MasterCard.
I checked with the support of almost all banks, all said they support mastercard, but when i asked from their branches after getting errors from their atm, they said in reality most banks now support visa instead of master?
This is ridiculous!
Btw do you know the average time it takes to get approval for bank account? I had to give around $350 to someone last week but could not due to these problems, I have asked them to give me 2-3 more days.
All bank are working fine. I have withdrawn to my MCB and my other friends are also successfully withdrawn to HBL, UBL. These are conventional banks and amount transfer within few hours. Dont't worry and add your UBL account.
and what about atm?
MCB and Al-falah branches atm , from where I used to withdraw money in past are no longer working now. Therefore, now using payoneer to bank transfer.
If any user in Karachi, still using any ATM for cash withdrawal, then kindly share with us.

I want to share my Experience with payoneer to Loocal Bank Transfer which is Askari Bank Lahore.
I have made Transaction of 100$ to my Askari Bank on 8:00 pm 14/11/17 and i receive payment in my Askari Bank Account on 11:00 pm 14/11/2017 same day..
Exchange Rate 1 USD = 103.2430 PKR
From USD Balance
Amount Transferred to Bank Account 10324.30 PKR
I tried Card withdrawal but not succeed.
Thanks Payoneer Team.
I assume that your payoneer name and HBL account title are same and after entering proper account detail you have already received confirmation email from payoneer which say "You may now withdraw funds from your Payoneer account directly to your bank account.'
If after all above, you receive this message than contact support, they will actually point out why your bank details in payoneer account are different from your HBL bank account as mention in their email.

I just checked my bank details in payoneer and my account had been removed. Also, their support hasn't responded since. I did get the funds back but I'm afraid if ATM withdrawal would work or not since bank transfer doesn't work for me.
You can also withdraw via ATM. Standard Chartered bank (international atm) is the best one but there is a surcharge of 500 rupees. You can also try Bank Al Falah (red branches) they have a 250 rupee surcharge.
> SyedAsadAbrar, you can add your bank details again but make sure you are entering them correctly, especially the IBAN number.

How do I know if a specific branch is a red branch or not?
Also, are these surcharges fixed?
I actually am, I'll try once again.
Below is BLUE Islamic banking branch as you can see from following pic

and this picture is of RED conventional banking.

if anyone know any working bank Al-falah atm in Kaerachi, kindly share it. Previously I was using Hyderi Branch, Progressive Plaza Branch and Agha Juice Branch for withdrawal but now none of them is working. I can transfer fund to my HBL bank account but still want ATM cash withdrawal for some small amount under 10,000.

I think MCB will be the best, its only charged Rs200 for 20,000 withdrawal.
however Standard Chartered withdrawal fee for 500 for 20,000 amount
