Is payoneer available in Albania,Europe? how much does it takes me to recieve my designated debit card? And where i put my new debit card to recieve money? In which ATM?

    We support users who register from Albania.
    You can apply for a prepaid card which will be shipped to the address you provide to us. The Mastercard can be used at any ATM station that supports the use of a Mastercard.
