Uruguay REDBROU ATM US Dollar withdrawal

Hello,

Since at least one month, I'm unable to withdraw from REDBROU ATMs in Uruguay.
It says "USTED YA ALCANZO EL LIMITE DIARIO DE EXTRACCION ACTUALMENTE PERMITIDO". ("daily limit reached")

A balance inquiry works fine, though. Therefore, the problem is not the card and it is not the connection.

From the other ATMs in Uruguay (BANRED) it works fine. However, it is more expensive. Besides, REDBROU used to work fine and it MUST work fine.

Payoneer support says "everything is ok". No, it is not!! However, they do nothing about the problem.

It is just me? Someone can confirm was able to withdrawal from REDBROU in the past few days?
