Account approval

My account approval was initially declined after i had originally sent all the relevant documents. I tried getting assistance from live chat and i resend my document and still it remains the same. I have opened a new ticket with the reference 150727-007323 and i am yet to receive assistance.
Its almost 3 months now, i really need to be able to use payooner. Whatever the reason not to approve my account, what would it be? Also, what needs to be done to get it approved?
I really need assistance.
