Hi,

I'm new here and this is my first post. I have one question that i really need to be answered soon. I had a Payoneer card and i had not used it since i activated it (it's nearly more than a year ago). I had only used it once to verify my paypal account and after it i had not used it.

Now i want to know that, if i receive a payment in it than how much fees will be deducted from it. I don't want all my payment to be deducted as a fee

Thanks in advance

The only fee that will be deducted upon receiving funds for the first time on your account is the maintenance fee.

Thanks for your reply. I want to know that how much maintenance fee will be deducted. Is it for the whole year ? or just this month or transaction ?

In general, fees defer depending on your country and partner. To view the monthly fee and all applicable account fees, simply log in to your Payoneer Account and select the "Pricing and Fees" tab located under the "Help" menu.

Please note: Some monthly fees are determined based on the transactions of the previous month. For example, if you performed a lot of transactions in January you may qualify for a reduced monthly fee in February. This would be listed in your "Pricing and Fees" page.

    Dear Team I'm a Newbie
Why are there two rows in Payoneer's Fee table about Fees using Payoneers' Debit card fees when you withdraw funds from an ATM? Please tell me the actual costs of withdrawing from ATMs. Is there annual card maintenance fee like $12.95 when you own a card is there also a fee each time you withdraw like $1? TIA.

    Hi there @cosycarol

As previously stated, your fees differ depending on your country and partner, to view your fees please click this link for your personal fees

This will bring you to the page in your account where it shows what your exact account and card fees will be. In general, there is an activation fee, a yearly fee, and a usage fee.

Please let us know if you have any questions.
