Got some funds, but it says that I need to enable my Prepaid Debit Mastercard, no options to do that
I received some funds, and I got confirmation email, but it said that I first need to "enable your Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard® " . When I go and log in to my account such Instructions are no provided as mentioned in the email. "To enable your card, log into your Payoneer account and follow the on-screen instructions:" . I would like to get some help with this, and also when I log in I have the option to switch between two card. The first that I own and some strange one which says that It has been blocked. I do not understand what is going on I just want to receive my money. Thank you for your time.
