Document Validation Status

I have submitted a scanned copy of my national Id and I haven't been informed the status of the document verification process. I have contacted support, but no reply yet.

1) How long will it take usually?
2) Details in my National ID are in my native language(Not in English). Will it be a problem for the verification?
3) If for some reason, the document verification process fails, will I be able to get my money from the account? If not what are the alternatives to get my money back.
