Is you support ticket system broken?

I tried to open a ticket because one of my online payments was declined even though I have well enough balance. By the way the payment processor that refused my EU-card payment was (a digitalriver company).

Anyways the ticket system asks through which payoneer partner my cards are from, but when I scroll down the list, it's completely empty and thus I cannot submit the ticket because it's a required field. (My cards are direct from you without any network in between).

    Looks like I was able to fix the problem by turning my browsers' field auto input options off.
