My card is new. I got only 20$ from freelancer.com. Can i use it for Facebook advertising or any kinds purchase? Is my card active now?

    Yes you can. As you already activate your card and received payment from Companies, as per Payoneer rules you can use those money anywhere which support mastercard.

    There are no good way for that purpose, but if you have Internationally usable Debit/Credit Bank Card you can try private loading service. Please keep in mind that I never tried it and there is no guarantee it will work. Contact customer care have a chat session you will get right option.
