My card is blocked.

I have my payoneer card but I didn't use it yet. Today I logged in to my account and found my card is blocked. How can it be activated again?

    dear sir,
    at first i would like to thanks this forum to give me chance sending my questions. thanks to say that i get my card and activate my card timely. but problem is, after some days i insert wrong password to access my account and i click forgot password option. after payoneer want to know me the answers of 2 question but i cant remember. payoneer show me the message "your account is locked".at this point what are i doing? please unlock my account if any way.

    I have same problem. I can't remember my 2nd sequrity question. I contacted support the 2 days ago and told me that you should wait 1-5 business days. Now waiting for the reply via e-mail. I just want to ask whether my money i recive of my company every fifteen days and continue to be draped on the card as the last couple of times?

    Guys please contact Payoneer Support Center via live chat to solve this problem.  Ask them to unlock your card. They will ask few questions to verify your identity. Hope this helps.

    @makhasanif your account locked for providing wrong information while login or resetting the password, your account will be blocked for 30 minutes. So try after 30 Minutes again.

    Dear Payoneer

    I created my account in January 2014 and then havent heard from Payoneer for many months and then when i posted on the forum, Anastasia(from customer services) requested verification documents. I have emailed them to [email protected] on May 21st 2015.

    Could you please check the status of my account as I have not heard from you since then and I am unable to login as of yet (Account Blocked).

    Follow the link Sivan provide and contact with support team. Provably they will ask some documents like ID to unlock your account.

    This is your account where you save your money, then how can you forget your security question?

    Contact with Support team with your ID card scan copy, they will help you unlock your Account.

    I already answered your open topics. But I am telling you again, as Payoneer security team blocked your account, you should talk with them with your ID card, so that they can verify and unblock your account.
