Recieved and activated my new payoneer card!

Recieved my new card and activated!
Transfered funds to my account and when it was successfully loaded to my account,
was ready to withdraw!

Entered my card and PIN! All OK!
When i chose the amount to withdraw i was asked to confirm with my PIN again!
Entered my PIN ... but got an error that the PIN is wrong! Problem!

Is it a bug with the ATM - i mean the first time PIN was OK but when i tried to confirm
the amount to withdraw with the same PIN i get an error!

Any suggestions please!
