HELP!!! I can't receive my money from skrill

hello,
After linking the bank account to the skrill account I made a withdrawal to my bank account
after that I received an email from skrill telling me that the withdrawal has been processed but it needs from 2 to 5 days to be in my payoneer account
but the problem is today is the 12th day from the date of receiving the email from skrill and I didn't receive my money
Please help me

    Dear,

    I have no problem received payment from my Mass company.

    I have no problems effect the transfer of money from my account to another Payoneer Payoneer account.

    Now the bath others should me to pay the money from another account to my Payoneer Payoneer account was not possible and they told me that they are in the performance of the transaction shows an error. They told me to see if I have this service available?

    Can you tell me why they could not make the payment, if I have included such a service, and if I have to see if we can help it turn?

    want to know i have signed up on 24th Nov,2015.and submitted my payoneer questionnaire and uploaded scaned documents..and their is shown to me just submitted in both section..how long it will take to get approved these...
