Prepaid MasterCard in India

I could not find any option to order payoneer prepaid mastercard, is it not available for India? And can i keep my in my payoneer account or it will be auto withdraw as soon as i receive money in my account? like paypal has this rule for Indian account.

Payoneer cards are currently unavailable in India. You can have a Payoneer account, receive funds from companies that will be transferred to your bank account.
