Payment from PayPal waiting for approval

I've withdrawn two payment from PayPal on 20 sep 2015. the second is loaded on (09/22/2015 07:15 ) but the first is currently waiting for approval !!!. I"ve transfering payment from PayPal many time . But never faced such an issue.
and on the same day I got an email from Payoneer Customer Support asking for :
1- full screenshot of your PayPal account profile showing your name and business name
2- full screenshot of your PayPal incoming payments history page
It has been two days now that I'm waiting for my payment to be approved, knowing that I sent all the document needed !
