My Payoneer Account has been Locked !

Hi Guys ,
So One day i was trying to loggin to my Account and i forgot my password , after resetting it i was asked to answer the security question which i did also forget , for that My account has been Locked Not for 30 mins only , but it is still locked after 2 mounths :(
I tried to contact the customer support service , but they keep asking me to give them a name and a screenshot of a company that i recieve payments from But the problem is that my card arrived 2 days ago and i still didn't activate it So i don't have any company related to it !
Please Help me Unlock my Card , it is really important !

    I am facing the same issue, live chat is showing this message "Chat not available due to high volume of inquires." they are not replying my email query. Have you solved your issue? If yes then how?
