Your Payment Could Not Be Processed

Hello Everyone,

I don't know anyone faced this problem as mine or not. Today from Morning, I'm trying to send payment using an invoice which has been sent by my worker. After completing whole process I got success message but instead of success message I am getting something weird email from Payoneer. WHich is:


Dear Shameem Reza,

Our attempt to process your payment was declined by your card issuer. Please note that your card has not been charged for this payment.

Payment ID:
Sent To:
Amount:

You may resubmit your payment at any time. For further details, please contact your card issuer.

Thank you,Payoneer Customer Support


Note, I called few times but no one answered my call, I already Open a support ticket too. Though I am trying to get in touch by live chat but here also failed to talk with Support team.

If anyone know what's the problem going on or if Payoneer support team is here to help me to resolve this problem, it will be great for me as I am in stress now.
