I requested payment vi Payoneer and client made the payment it still not in the payoneer balance

Hi in 23 September 2015 I sent a payment request and the payment is made by the client ,

Unfortunately it still not added to my main Payoneer account. payment status is showing " Missing information, please contact Customer Support"

I contacted customer support , they sent me an email to fill a form , I filled that still the payment is not in the main balance.

Please help me to get the balance into the Payoneer card.

    As you get an email for updating Information, your client also should get another email to provide information and ID as well. WHile he will provide that payment will go in payment department for processing, it take maximum 7 Business day.

    NOTE: Days counting start from when your client submit everything.

    If you think, your client provide everything, then ask him to contact with support team.

    Thanks for the information , I will contact with my client to know whether he submitted the information or not.
