Activated My Card Today, But Can't Access My Account Online...

Received today my card, and activated by phone, providing all security questions and choosing my PIN.
Problem happens when trying to access to online account: says email invalid.
Contacted support center and they confirmed its a gmail address. I only use 2 gmail addresses and none works.

How can i solve this problem?
