Why my order of quick card delivery is ignored few days already?

Hello.
I wrote message to your support with request to reissue and send me new card via DHL, to get it faster (I'm going to travel soon).
Ref. 151029-003046
They asked me to put money on the card for it - it's done, they notified, and no answer still, few days already. What is the point in quick delivery if support team can just postpone ticket few days?
If somebody can help me with it - please help.

    I know I shouldn't post "my account only" issues, but I don't know what else to do when my tickets in support just being ignored.
