Payment Not Available

Hi Payoneer, first let me say what an excellent job you are doing creating, probably, the first platform that actually cares about freelancers.

In this post, I would like to mention the new Request Payment option that was enabled a couple of days ago (I got an invite through email about it). I already have a Payoneer Card and the account is ready to go, but for testing purposes, I send a Request Payment to a family member in Venezuela and in Costa Rica.

When both of them click on their link, they land on a page that says "Payment Not Available"

There is no way for them to pay me through it. The emails also land on my email account. I do not know if this is correct or not because I see the email as if I were them. For example, I got the email I send to my brother in my email, not on his.

    Hi, I am still getting this error. I have even tried with US clients.

    The error shows like this:

    I simply can not get paid by anyone. The whole "Request a Payment" option does not work.

    Hi @luisalvarado, glad to hear you are happy with Payoneer and I'm sorry to hear you have been ahving problems with Payments request.
    Have you contact our support team? if not I would suggest you do that and they will be able to assist you.

    Hi Sivan, yes already did and could not help on the matter. Should I contact them again?

    I also would like to know why it took more than a week for a reply for this case. I would guess this would be important since this is the base of Payoneer, to be able to request and receive payments easily. For me, as a first experience it has not been easy at all. I am also like this guys here waiting for an answer to a serious issue. I work as a freelancer and would like to really depend and trust on a single entity that can help me with the various incomes. Would like for payoneer to be the one but my issue is still present.

    I just got a reply from Customer Service saying the following:

    "We kindly advise you to make a new request and make sure that your client is using Internet Explorer to complete the payment."

    which as an actual web developer asking for a solution to a web based company I find totally crazy. Specially for the fact the Internet Explorer would be the LAST web browser to use if we are talking, not only about security and privacy for this type of site and transactions, but it is the least one to recommend when it comes to compatibility in general to the web standards. The following image shows this information:

    I still asked a friend that received the payment to use Internet Explorer, if you still want to know it was Windows 10 with Internet Explorer 11, and guess what, he got the following as seen on the following link:

    So now I got more questions:

    1 .Is the Request a Payment option actually working for ANYONE
    2. Is Payoneer actually recommending to everyone to use Internet Explorer above Firefox and Chrome (Too many reasons here to stop and think about the security of a payment system).

    I will, again, ask customer support about this and send this information to them but I am not happy with the results so far.

    I created an account just so I can post this.

    I am also having the same error. I have been having it for the whole month of November.

    I wanted to try Payoneer as an alternative to Paypal. So far, it has failed me.

    Hi guys, just updating this post after a couple of weeks. The Payoneer development team has done a superb job. Not only is the payment system working (Clients can see the payment form now) but it works on Chrome and Firefox.

    I have not yet tested this completely (Not send a payment request and got paid) but at least the form is working to several countries. I will be updating on how it goes for me over the following weeks but if it goes like I am thinking, pretty much will be leaving PayPal and another 11 more developers will be joining the Payoneer family of users.

    Thanks Payoneer and I apologize for being in a hurry without understanding the amount of work, time and effort it takes for a platform like this to work. Send my best regards to the development team and the customer attention team.

    Definitely if you ever run into an issue it is very important you bring it to our attention. Better to find out that there was a simple misunderstanding that overlook a major flaw. As the old saying goes, "better be safe than sorry".

    Hi Guys, after 3 months of test I can confirm that Payoneer it is indeed working PERFECTLY on several countries. I even managed to invite +10 new Payoneer members to join the community from Neteller and PayPal. I should say, over the course of this time, I have 2 cases (With 2 US customers) that somehow, PayPal did not work with them and the moment I send the invoice from Payoneer it worked perfectly.

    So there you have it, Payoneer is not only working perfectly but on cases where other Payment methods do not work (Like this 2 customers favored PayPal over Payoneer), just send them a Payoneer Invoice and they should be thanking you the same day. Works just perfect. You can bet I will be slowly moving all of my clients from other Payment gateways to Payoneer over the year.

    Thank you Payoneer for being, well basically a saint for freelancers. I truly had my doubts that something like this existed and now that I have used it a lot, I can't thank you enough.

    Hi everyone
    I new to payoneer and just verified today
    When I want to receive paymet it says to enable this you need 5000USD
    Can anyone.tell me what does that mean?
