Horrible experience with Payonneer - Account blocked without my request

I am having a serious issue with Payoneer. I filed a dispute for a small amount which was maybe just an authorization by the merchant (an airline). Without asking me anything, whether my card was safe, Payoneer blocked my card this morning and proposed rightaway to ship me a new one at my expense. I am on business, travelling around another country where i don't have a registration or a permanent address so it would be physically even impossible for me to receive it. I wrote an e-mail as i need the funds from my card and 12 hours later still no reply, chat was impossible to reach. This is crazy. When can i get my card unblocked?! It is linked to the same e-mail as this address.
