Duplicated Charges


I am from Argentina and I have been using my Payoneer card without problems to buy on websites and get cash from ATMs, until last month when the charges from an specific website started to duplicate.

I have contacted the website and they say they don't see the charges on their system and that I must contact my bank, which I did, 2 weeks ago and still haven't received an answer.

Every time I buy from that website (Mercado Libre, which is like eBay in my country), I get 2 charges discounted, one approved and one pending, which makes my balance to be negative and I can't continue using the card.

I had up to 5 duplicated charges, one disappeared after 2 weeks, and at the moment I have 4 pending transactions for the same amount and from the same dates that the approved ones.

Is anyone having the same problem and/or knows how to solve it? Payoneer still didn't reply to my message, and their chat is disabled, so I don't know to whom I should be asking for help.
