Can i use payoneer to withdraw money from my skrill account...if yes then HOW CAN I DO THIS..?

:) Can i use Payoneer to withdraw money from my Skrill account by using US bank account...and second thing i have read on many blogs that US bank account option is removed by the Skrill .But now we can receive funds from Skrill to Payoneer because Payoneer introduced a new service to receive funds from Skrill and other European companies via SEPA Bank transfer...is it possible to withdraw payment from Skrill to Payoneer.and then to my payoneer card to cash it out via ATMs.

    how to withdraw money to local bank?. iam from india, my account activated now only, there is no withdraw option
