No support on weekend?

I am very disappointed by Payoneer support. I am paying them around 60-80 USD per month(so it comes 700-900 USD per year!) as a withdrawing fee and there is no support in weekends? I have asked them a question a day ago(Saturday) and still there is no answer.

    My account is blocked , because the lock can not reset your password . Support service did not specifically advises.

    First you come across "get paid by US and EU companies - as if they have a local bank account!"
    Great! Naturally I went and created account.
    Hmmm nothing about EURO
    Nothing in FAQ! Digging trough Google and forums I see that I need to contact them.
    So I send them email to support - 48h later nothing.
    OK, lets try "Live chat" - I get only text "Live Chat" text on my screen. Lets GUESS that it is not working hours.
    So I try next day at different time and I get response.
    Apparently around 4 words per sentence is considered good support.
    But I get EURO account. I am happy again, only to find out minutes later and ONLY from small print in email that I can receive money ONLY from Payneer pre-approved EU companies.
    And even when you click on the list of the companies you get this forum. Have fun finding list of companies.
    And to top it off, I read in this forum that it takes 20 days for money to arrive even if company is approved.

    Misleading info to get you to open account
    Horrible support! Slow with very little information.
    Useless for freelancers in EU receiving money form different companies.

    Now I am simply terrified of process that awaits me for closing this thing that took away few days of my life.

    @sirmika I think EU payments could take up to 20 days, mine took only 3 days from a non pre-approved EU company

    I'm sorry for your unpleasant experience. To get EUR Payment service on your account you need to contact our support team and they will sign you up for the service:
