Missing withdrawals to my bank account

hello. I'm rather new to Payoneer is kinda worried here.

I withdraw 4 times in the amount of ($2200x3 and $550x1) to my local bank account ( Malaysia) on 1 Dec.
p/s: i withdraw in such pattern because the limit of amount i can withdraw is 2200 per transaction. Whenever a withdrawal to bank is made, we will receive a confirmation email from Payoneer Support titled "Your Withdrawal Request Has Been Received".
In fact, i only receive two confirmations emails instead of four which means only two of the withdrawals was being approved. I have already received the two approved sums in my bank account within the next business day while the later two went missing.
I have contacted Customer Support but they can't provide me any answer and just say they will forward my question to relevant department.

Can anyone please help me out? or explain what is actually going on with my funds? thank you!!
