lost money

yesterday I receive money from company's partner $30 but this morning I withdraw money from ATM in Cambodia I got message this " you do not have money enough", when I get money I check my account. wow my money has been pay $ 29.95 to Annual. so can you help why my money lost like this! I try to contact Payoneer by Message but no reply yet so I hope you explain me why did I pay on this Annual.

    as you are new to payoneer..so when we first time order payoneer mastercard and when we credit it $30 or more,payoneer deduct its annual fee which is $29.95.if your balance is low than fee...then whenever your account balance will be $30,they will deduct their fee...
