How can I link a new company to my account to receive my payments?

I don't know how to link a new company, I tried to contact support center but I didn't receive an answer.

    am having the same problem with vayable.com . the system is consistently asking me to the same bank_ account(routing_number) icant get the ecxact thing to fill. please help me out. o:)
