Problem in changing my country of residence to receive my card

Good evening,
I got my Payoneer card already do three years and last month it expired when I made the request of my card I lived in Brazil but then after a while I moved to Uruguay, now that it has expired I received a email reminding me to ask for a new one, but I can not because I can not change the country of residence, I already sent several proof of residence I was asked, electricity bill, telephone bill, cell phone bill, TV cable and nobody solves my problem :( , I need the card to receive my payments, I hope solve this as soon as possible because I need to have a position to answer my employer.

    I would advise you to try to receive the card in a residence in Brazil and then later initiate the process to have your country changed.

    Good day, updating your shipping/billing country can only be done by contacting Payoneer support center directly. Make sure to have your documents ready to show that you have changed country address in order to be able to update this information.
