25$ Bonus?

Even though it seems small for other people right now i'd really apreciate those 25$ bonus dollars. It's been around 72 hours since i've loaded my account with 100$ Dollars and still nothing happened,i wrote message to community support,no asnwer,what should i do?

    Hi @cable, just to make sure- in order to receive the bonus the referee must earn 100$ in Business funds first. If you did, give it a few days and I'm sure you will receive it shortly.

     Also, please note that in in 2 days the old RAF links will expire. see here for more details. It won't effect your current 25$ bonus.

    2 days later,still nothing...im kinda getting worried,not about 25$ but about payoneer not holding up to their part of agreement...

    Did you use the referral link when you originally signed up? The $25 is an automated process so if you didn't use the link, this would explain why it didn't apply already.

    Yes,i've found out about payoneer in a blog of a guy from my country and he was offering that 25$ ref. code which i used. However each time i try to go on livechat with csupport i get "Chat not available due to high volume of inquires." message.

    One more thing, there is a lot of sections/subsections for topic choice so which one would be most suitable for my issue?

    Considering we are talking about you receiving a payment so to speak, I would recommend you do:

    - Receive Payments
    - Credit Card Loading
    - Payment Amount issue

    In the comment section just be sure to describe the issue and they will make sure to address it as soon as possible.
