New card issuing before existing one expiring for seamless use

Good day, colleagues. Have my existing Payoneer card expiring in a while, so to secure its 'seamless' use would wish to order at you new replacement one 2-3 months in advance (prior to expiration notification) - with aim to have it on hands before present one expires and to activate it then at your system, replacing existing card with new.

Can you please inform how to proceed.

That can be of interest to some other cardholders here, of course. Thanks!

    Hi,

90 days before a card expires, you receive an inbox message in your Payoneer account that allows you to order a replacement card on your own. Your existing card remains active until you receive and activate the new card. Your existing card balance will be transferred to the new card and you can start using it right away.

For instance, if your card expires 12/16 (MM/YY), you will receive the inbox message on October (10/16).

Happy and willing to answer general questions.

For any inquiries directly associated to your Payoneer account, please contact Payoneer's Customer Care Support Center.
