Account is In-Active, Payments are being rejected

Hi Payoneer Support,
I recently requested to change from Master Card to Local Bank Transfer.
I didn't knew it'll bring so much tension to me.

After I made request and provided my details, my Card is also seems to be set to "In-Active". Can somebody please help activate my payments through the card while my Bank Account is Being Verified?

The team that handles support tickets seems to be very slow now a days, it used to be very fast.

Following are the ticket numbers I already opened.
151210-000906
151213-000918
151204-010366
151118-003186

They also told me that my bank account was rejected because of problems with my address, if that's the case why is still my card not able to receive payments?

Can somebody please look into this asap?
