Need Information About Bank

I connected the Payoneer credit card and bank account with amazon account. Today I got a limit order, and Amazon we are seeking information about the bank.

Tell me the following information:
* Address from credit card BILLING STATEMENT:
* Phone Number (s) (any and all numbers that your bank may have on file):
* Bank's phone number from the back of the card:


Here's email technical support from Amazon.

Me:Hi, whenever I try to log in it tells me this There was a problem with your request
There was an error with your E-Mail/Password combination. Please try again. even after i change the password is there anything i can do?

    It sounds like you attempted to purchase something on Amazon, and for some reason they want to confirm the method of payment. It may be a standard security check, or perhaps the phone number you provided did not match what is listed on your Payoneer account.

    To answer their requests:

    1) Order ID: You should have this in an e-mail confirmation from Amazon
    2) Caller's Email Address: Your e-mail
    3) Address from credit card billing statement: The address on your billing statement is your Payoneer billing address (your home address, as listed on your Payoneer account).
    4) Phone Number(s): Your phone number is also listed on your Payoneer account, and needs to match exactly.
    5) Bank's phone number from the back of the card: You have a phone number listed on the back of your Payoneer card which you can provide as our support number.

    I received today the official mail from Amazon, the previous message I got on Chet.

    Greetings from Amazon Web Services.

    As previously requested, in order to have your account verified, we require a copy of a recent bank account statement confirming the name, address, and telephone number associated with the credit card presented for your Amazon Web Services Account. As an alternative we request you to attach the scanned copies of the same.

    Alternatively, you may ask the issuing bank to contact us so we may verify your billing information. The financial institution can contact us via fax at the same numbers listed above. The fax should contain the name and fax number of a specific representative with whom we can correspond if necessary.

    As mentioned in our previous mail please be sure to include the email address associated with your Amazon Web Services Account.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you on this matter.
