How to use transferwise with payoneer?

Hi,
I want to use "transferwise" to send money from my payoneer card. Problem is that there is no option of directly linking payoneer card with transferwise. For using ACH, Bank of America account's online id and password is needed. I have tried to enroll on bank of america's site using my existing payoneer account. But the problem is that the form on the site needs 12 digit account number and my US payment profile is showing 17 digit account number. So I am unable to enroll. I have tried to skip last 5 digits considering them check digits but it didn't work.

    When I try to withdraw funds form payoneer to transferwise it asks me for my bank of america login, and I don't have that.
