My card has been arrived while second card in shipping

Hi all,

about 2 months ago i have a problem with my card, so payoneer decides to send me new card, after passed a week from estimate time (20 nov 2015) i contact support then they send another new card to me ( estimate 25 december), when the another card in shipping, yesterday my first card arrived, but it cant be activated (has been blocked) . so what should i do? can i ask to unblock my first card so i can activate it or i must wait the second card that in shipping ?

    Hi,

    When this happens, you need to contact Payoneer customer support to notify them of this. The agent will lift the block that was placed on the original card so you will be able to activate it and start using it.
