Payoneer Delayed Responding

Hi Payoneer Community ,
I joined to Payoneer before 10 days and when i reached the level of uploading my ID card , I sent them my ID Card and since that time , I didn't receive any Accept Or Refuse From Payoneer , So i don't now if I'm accepted or Not ?
And Also i made i mistake in the adresse of my house , how I can Change it ?
please help me

    I recommend you contact our support center via phone or chat in order to resolve this quickly. Because you joined us during one of the biggest holiday seasons of the year, there is some slight delays. Updating your details as soon as possible can be done with direct contact with an agent so we can update our approval team about it.
