Processing card load, more than 8 days?

Hi i tried to transfer money from PayPal to my Payoneer account. In transactions history says "processing card load" since December 18. Tried to contact support (already sent 4 messages, the first message sent on December 21) and no one answers. What can I do? Can someone help me? Kind of sad to see such a bad support from Payoneer.
