hello i am writing this message with enough sadness . i appiled for a payoneer card which did not arrive then i contact payoneer and asked them to sent me a new card that i didnot receive the old one , which they promise to sent , then when i checked my email i got a messae that my new card has been shipped and the arrival date was giving . when the arrival date finally came i when on online to login in to my account where i got a a message :account blocked " i have tried contacting them but no one has assited me in resolving my problem . i really need help please

    Sorry to hear about your experience. If you contacted the support center they should have sent you an email to assist you further. If not, kindly open a support ticket via our website so a support agent can assist you in ordering a new card and resetting your online access.
