Card Not Receieve

Hi All,
i order for payoneer card and my account had approved by payoneer manegment and they send me email in which they told my card will receive around 15-21 December but i havn,t receive yet. What i do now?

    Hi, 

    Contact our support center directly and advise them that your card did not arrive. Once they receive your request, you will be assisted in ordering a new card.

    i order for payoneer card and my account had approved by payoneer manegment and they send me email in which they told my card will receive between 30Nov to07 December but i havn,t receive yet.I also contect yours support center three times but i just receive complain number i.e
    01- Reference Number: 151209-002524..
    02-Reference Number: 151211-007868..
    03-Reference Number: 151231-004241..
    Now i am still waiting for proper reply and solution for my problem.where as my company also send payment to my payoneer account ..kindly tell me now what should i need to do and how can i withdraw my payment and how can i receive my payoneer master card ? i also mailed you for my tracking id..kindly look into my matter and solve my problem.I will be greatfull for your kindact.
