Card didn't received yet

Hi i didn't received my new card yet , i am already using old payoneer card but it will be expire on 1st of Jan and i request for new card , the last date of card delivery was 28th December , but i didn't received it

    If your replacement card failed to arrive, contact our support center and advise them on this so they can order you a new card.

    Just to be sure because there is a lot of confusion about this. If the card is set to expire on January 2016 (01/16), the card will expire at the end of January and not the beginning of it.

    hi! i have contacted to payoneer support 3 times but no reply from them , can you please hwlp me with this ... i want my new card before my old card get expired
