Usa payment service waiting approval 28-12 , Ticket 151228-003891

Dear Support, 


Last Monday I receive a Usa Payment Service payment from Paypal, I was requested to send documents and I did . I am an international member, live chat is not available , I have tried phone support several times with no luck ( answer machine ). I know it is holiday time , but could you please confirm me if the docs has been received and a frame time for the transaction to be updated ? . Ticket Ref Number: 151228-003891
