Didn't receive payment but account balance was deducted. MCB ATM

I am in a fix right now so I need some help please.
I made a transaction of Rs. 5500 yesterday at about 6:30 p.m. (GMT+5) from MCB ATM Bahawalpur. The balance in my Payoneer card was $61. The ATM didn't give out the cash and said that it was out of order while my balance was deducted from my Payoneer card and now it's just $1.71.
I need help on what to do now ?
