Direct loading to card from my clients is rejected by their banks

Hi Payoneer and people here!

I have nasty problem with direct loading of money to my card from Payment Request.

70% of my clients having trouble to load $ to my card. Their payments are rejected by their banks and for security reasons their cards are blocked. This happen with UK, Netherlands and Australia clients. Other manage to pay, but with problems. The problem is escalating.

So what is the problem and why Payoneer is marked by many banks as a potential fraud and blocked to pay with their bank cards?

This is serious issue that costs me and my clients nerves and time and to Payoneer cost commissions... Now every client who is not able to pay me with Payoneer, I transfer to PayPal since I don't have any other option.

Any idea what the problem is?

Cheers!

Whenever a card is used  to make a purchase outside of your local country, the card provider may flag the card for suspicious transaction attempts. Whether the company is well known or not, the card providers best interest is to protect its clients money for security.

When a transaction is rejected by the card provider, your client only needs to contact their card provider and advise them that he wishes to use the card with the trusted website.

Nope. My clients cards are blocked and then some of them call to say "I want to do this" but then the card is blocked again. So it's becoming so hard for them to pay with Payoneer that they use ANY other payment system that works. And btw when I use my cards on out-of-country sites there is no problem with this.... I don't know why your service is doing so many blocks. It is a disaster. Last 3 months 90% of the payments were rejected, even from clients who initially were paying successfully. So the only way to load my card is from sites like Upwork or similar. And PayPal refuse to withdraw to your cards. It refused to use my card even for payment today. i think it is major problem. I LOVE your card and service, but adding money outside of work/sell sites is becoming a REAL pain!

We are talking about different clients using the services of different card companies. What works for you won't necessarily work for the other person. A rule of thumb for any person using any card type is that when your card is declined, it is always recommended to call the card company to check why your card was declined (assuming you know that it wasn't declined for insufficient funds).

In regards to payment option to use to receive payouts to your Payoneer accounts, there are many ways to do this. Whether you are working with a company/website or you are connecting with individual clients.

You can read more about all the different payment outs via the following link:

We are talking the same here. What I say is that MOST OF MY CLIENTS BANKS DON'T APPROVE LOAD TO PAYONEER and BLOCK their cards. Advertise your self, contact bank organizations to add you as a safe card operator!

I use PayPal as another option. I prefer Payoneer since the loading is faster, even with some few % on the top of PayPal taxes. But... no chance for direct loads. Almost all my clients are rejected by their banks... real trouble. Yes, it works with upwork, guru, etc. but this forces me to pay more %.
