I had received a payment from Fiverr on 11/19/15. But my balance is showing $0.00. And there is no payment history under "activity" tab. And I am trying to send message to the support team and every time getting an autoreply "If this message does not resolve your issue, please reply with further details and we will be happy to assist you." Will you please help me? What should be the topic to get to the support team for my issue?

    That is the automated email you are describing. When talking about simple issues its a great way to collect information from our users in order to resolve inquiries quickly. However in this case I recommend you reply to the email and advise that the payment you are expecting from Fiverr has not been received and that you require further assistance.
