How long does it take till the card is delivered to a person in Pakistan?

The time period during which I was supposed to receive the payoneer card has been passed and I have not received it yet.
What is the estimated time period till one receives it?

Order for new payoneer master card and notice about that, since you were ordered the card and wait from that date to the end of that month and after ordered the card, still to informing the payoneer service with about the shipping
